What is RAM and how does it affect my computers performance ?

[RAM, Random Access Memory allows your computer to multitask, thus giving you the ability to run multiple applications with resources dedicated to maximize speed, while maintaining a semblance of speed and functionality. In other words the more memory you have, the faster your computer will compute and thus the faster your computer will do the appropriate tasks]

When is the right time to replace my current computer ?

[Computers are built to last on average 3-5 years. Keeping your computer updated with the appropriate system updates, and virus patterns are needed. Upgrading your computers RAM and / or hard drive will help keep your computer up to date and functional. Deleting un-needed files, and not downloading files that aren't important can also help delay the need for a new computer. ]
